Tony and Becca first came to Milford in Sea in 2016 and saltwater was born.

In june 2023 saltwater's sister melleford was opened with the continued ethos of  having a menu that supports the best local suppliers by serving fresh delicious seasonal meals.

thoughout the day breakfast, brunch and lunch meals are served, cooked to order, our meals are complimented with coffee and teas served from local suppliers (or a cocktail or a glass of wine!)

the name melleford originates from the domesday book when the village (now called Milford on Sea) was a saxon settlement.  Melleford over looks the green which is the last remain ancient common land.
